A funny virtual piano sotware
by: Keron

I saw a funny software to help people learn music before. Its name is pianoeasy.

It claims that pianoeasy is an amazing musical instrument simulater. It easily create song with multiple instruments, even if you don't know music theory. This virtual piano software simulates a piano better than a virtual piano Keyboard. Pianoeasy will be your best piano lessons.

I try it before, it offer me a free trial version. And it is very funny. So share it:

Best Online Keyboard on the Net
by: David from www.piano-play-it.com

Hey Lawrence,

I've made some research and here is what I came up with.

Let's start with the free ones.

1. My Number one free online keyboard is the Zebra Keys Virtual Keyboard.

You can play with both the mouse AND the computer keyboard, play individual notes AND chords and hold down individual keys AND multiple keys.

This virtual keyboard contains two full octaves and you can place your hand on the computer keyboard in a way that it somewhat similiar to the hand position on the piano.
The sound is pretty convincing and so is the reaction time of the computer.

2.The next virtual keyboard called virtual piano from cmagics sounds pleasant and its graphical view is great since the keyboard is spread on the whole screen. This keyboard covers two octaves. The disatvantage of this virtual keyboard is that it takes sime time until the program downloads to your computer and more important you can't play the black keys easily. You have to press the shift button each time you want to go sharp or flat.

3.My next choice is the virtual keyboard from The Method Behind The Music.

The graphical view is not brilliant but it does the job. The sound of the keyboard is a bit irritating and too short but its advantage is that the reaction time is fast.
You can only play one note at a time with this keyboard though on one octave only.

4. This next virutal keyboard from New Concept is pretty simple, maybe too simple. I like the fact it is presented in such a simple clean way and since the sound of this keyboard is nice.
However you can only play this keyboard with the mouse so it's often not handy.

5. Last but not least, here is a nice virtual piano program at filebuzz called A73 Piano Station v1.1.0.
It costs $19.95 but you can download a free trial which you can use for 30 times or for two weeks or so. The sound is great, you can play with two octaves long pretty comfortably on the computer keyboard and like all things that usually cost, they're better then the free ones.

"Thank you for your lessons. I took piano lessons as a kid, and I've dabbled off and on for years. My music teacher taught me how to read music and hit all the notes, but I never felt like I was playing for real. I always felt like I was going through the motions, like a machine. Your lessons have changed that, so thanks."

Joshua White from U.S.A
