Terms 2010 Ellen Degeneres Show Song Contest Terms and Conditions

ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW SONG CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITONS:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Contest Void where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:00 A.M. PT, March 3, 2010, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. PT, May 3, 2010.
From May 3 to May 17 the contest will be open for the viewers to vote for their favorite video.
The winner will be selected on or about June 1, 2010 after the being judged by the Sponsor's creative staff. All times are Pacific Time (PT).

MINIMAL VIDEO ENTRIES
If by May 3, 2010 less then 30 video will participate in the contest, the owner of Piano Play It might prolong the final due time for receiving video entries and the date for selecting the winner as well.

HOW TO ENTER
Go to Piano Play It web site, (http://www.piano-play-it.com/ellen-degeneres-show.html) and complete the online submission form.

Once submitted, entries and photographs become the sole property of Sponsor (Piano-Play-It) and will not be returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.

SELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA
All eligible entries will be judged by (1) 50 percent the Sponsor's creative staff and (2) 50 percent by the votes of the viewers. The judging criteria to be used will be for creativity and originality of the video idea and perofrmance. Winners will be notified on or about June 8, 2010, via e-mail. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

CONTEST PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $300 Price. Two (2) Second Prize winners will receive $100 Four (4) Third Prize winner will receive $50. The prices will be sent to the winners through a Pay-Pal account .

Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the Ellen DeGeneres Show Song Contest (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after selection of winner. No substitution allowed except at discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

ELIGIBILITY
Contest void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Winners will be notified by e-mail and must respond within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest. In such event, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.

Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional right to use the photograph and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release Piano-Play-It.Com from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
