Learn to read music
by: Ido from www.pianoplayit.com

Hi Andrew,

Music is a language. You can speak (play the music), you can read, and you can write (compose). Learning the music language is a process that takes time because it includes many different signs and symbols.

We have built a free course which teaches How to Read Piano Notes step by step.
Our course includes the treble clef, the bass clef, rhythm, accidental signs, dynamic signs, accent marks and a lot more.

Read the explanations about each of the signs and watch the video tutorials.
For each of the lessons we offer piano sheets that you can play in order to practice the new sign. These piano sheets are popular compositions arranged especially for beginners. Enjoy!

If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

"Thank you for your lessons. I took piano lessons as a kid, and I've dabbled off and on for years. My music teacher taught me how to read music and hit all the notes, but I never felt like I was playing for real. I always felt like I was going through the motions, like a machine. Your lessons have changed that, so thanks."

Joshua White from U.S.A
