Playing piano by ear is a great and important skill that you have as it shows that you have an ear for music, but reading sheet music is an important skill to help you learn how to play many other songs which are not taught by anyone on Youtube.
I recommend you to learn how to read sheet music from our site. We have a free course, step by step that will teach you gradually to read the notes. After that you can play some piano sheets from various levels.
