Jar of Hearts Christina Perri - Piano Tutorial

Home » Piano Tutorials » Jar of Hearts Christina Perri Piano Tutorial

Here's a useful piano tutorial played slowly for Jar of Hearts. This is a true piano song and so it deserves an honest piano tutorial.

At the beginning of this piano tutorial we're going to lay out the chord as blocks, so basically one chord per bar. Once we got that we're going to try combining a groove by playing the chords when the root note is doubled at the bottom.

"Thank you for your lessons. I took piano lessons as a kid, and I've dabbled off and on for years. My music teacher taught me how to read music and hit all the notes, but I never felt like I was playing for real. I always felt like I was going through the motions, like a machine. Your lessons have changed that, so thanks."

Joshua White from U.S.A
