Jingle Bells Piano Sheet Music, Free and for Beginners
James Lord Pierpont published it in 1857, first under the name One Horse Open Sleigh. It is the carol most people try first on a piano, and with good reason: the whole first line is three fingers repeating one note.

How this arrangement is laid out
Level 1 is 16 bars for the right hand alone, from C4 up to G4. The right hand begins with the thumb on C4, and it never has to move from there. Level 2 fills the same carol out: 16 bars, reaching from C3 to G4, still in one position.
The five keys under the bracket are the whole piece for the right hand: it starts on C and stays.
Level 1 is one hand only, which is where to start if this is your first carol. There is no hand movement to learn here. The right hand sets down on C and the fingers do the rest. The left hand sits in C position and stays there.
