Guys, guys, guys... I don't know why on earth it took me such a long time before I created this piano tutorial
Stevie Wonder is definitely one of my biggest influences. I adore his music, spirituality and joy of life.
This song by Stevie Wonder Happy Birthday is an amazing song and what's so good about it is that you can sing it everywhere where there's a birthday party and you simply want to steal all the attention.
First simply learn to play the chords and then add that funky groove and have fun learning how to play this song.

The secret to learning the song is by grasping the musical groove in the left hand.
First make sure you can play all the chords in blocks. I mean just play the chord with the bass at the beginning of each bar before you combine the groove.
Make sure you understand how to play slash chords properly. When you see a slash chord the chord the is listed above the slash tell you which chord you have to play with the right hand while the letter under the slash tells you which bass note to press.
