Have you been suffering from piano in your hands?
Got inflammation in your tendons? Do you need a serious hand relief?
First of all my friend, I feel sorry for you pain. I have experienced pain in my hand a long time a while ago and I know how disturbing it is to live that way.
How unavailable it might make you for the enjoyment in life.

So the first thing I would like to recommend on that matter is please do not be angry at your pain. As a first step please accept it.
Right now, you are feeling pain and that pain is important.
That pain is a messenger sent to you in order to tell you that you need to make a change in your life. It might be that you're feeling stressful…
It might be that you are sitting to long by the computer without moving your body and it might be that you're using your smartphone often and all these small movement cause these inflammations.
Or maybe you play the piano and you're posture is not stable, maybe you're a bit too stiff in your wrist.
These are all common reasons why you're feeling pain in your hands.
But don't worry… These exercises I'll give will give you a hand pain relief.

So to begin with, try to see what you can do less to prevent making the pain stronger…
For example, when you're going to sleep, leave you phone at the other room.
And don't use your phone while lying at bed. When you use your phone while laying you choose an angle that increase your pain.

Try to see how often you use your smartphone… Instagram, Facebook, all these application. Maybe your body tells you you're a little bit of an addict…
And anyway if you're working at the office or you're playing the piano make sure that once in half an hour you wake up from your chair and you walk in the room, stretch you hand and perform some exercise to move your body.
When your body feels frozen it echoes.
Our bodies like to be given the freedom of movement. These are all good reasons why you're feeling pain in your hands.
Once you get over your addiction, once you move more, once you do the exercises I give you a hand pain relief is guaranteed.

If you're feeling pain in your hands it probably starts way back from the neck and the shoulders right?
This probably because there's a string starting from you neck and all the way down to your shoulders.
So in order to melt that pain away give some tender loving to your body.
First warm it up starting from the neck. Let blood run through your body.
And then once your body is warm you can start messaging yourself lovingly.
You can also use a Tennis ball to do it. It's very effective. But please make sure you're not violent to yourself.
Look for that pain that make your tendons stretch a but doesn't feel harsh.

I have demonstrated a few exercises that will help you to heel pain in your
hands in the video attached so please watch and practice daily and lovingly and let me know how it worked for you O.K.?

I hope this helps and provides you with healing or at least a hand pain relief. David
