Query in my composition
by: Ido from www.piano-play-it.com

Hi Angel,

The D# Major scale is commonly written as an Eb Major scale.(D# is the same key as Eb).

These are the notes of Eb Major scale:
Eb F G Ab Bb C D Eb

There are 3 notes in this scale that use the flat sign: Eb Ab Bb

The D# Major scale from your example is a rather confusing scale to deal with because it contains many sharp notes and even double sharp notes.

These are the notes of D# Major scale:
D# E# F## G# A# B# C##

There are many sharp signs in this scale, and sometimes they are duplicated. (F## is actually a G note, and C## is actually a D note). The large quantity of sharp signs is confusing; therefore it is better to call this scale Eb major.

Therefore, I think that your missing note is the D.
